CA Final Eligibility for May & Nov 2024
- Candidates must have passed both groups of CA Intermediate exam with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates must have finished 2 years of Articleship (Practical Training)
- Candidates must have completed the AICITSS Training
CA Final Registration for May & Nov 2024
Final Course consists of 6 subjects divided into 2 groups and Final exams are held twice in a year i.e. May and November.
CA Final registrations are open throughout the year. Candidates can register on the official website of ICAI- www.icai.org.
However, candidates must have a gap of 6 months between their completion of practical training and appearing for the exam.

Exam Pattern for May/Nov 2024
CA Final course consists of 6 subjects divided into 2 groups-
Group 1- Financial Reporting + Advanced Financial Management + Advanced Auditing, Assurance and Professional Ethics
Group 2- Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation + Indirect Tax Laws + Integrated Business Solutions( Multi Disciplinary Case Study with Strategic Management )
Each paper will carry 100 marks with no negative marking, containing subjective and objective type of questions and 3 hours of duration.
Candidates have to get a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in all papers to pass the CA Final exam.

Admit cards will be available on the official website of ICAI- www.icai.org. All the candidates can download admit cards from the website using their registration and password.
CA Final Results
ICAI will release the CA Final results within a month or two after the exams are conducted.
